Volunteers needed! We still need some critical positions to help keep the food lines moving - grillers, runners and servers. If you haven't already, please sign up and support your community!
8:30 a.m. – FUN RUN – Sign-up begins at 8:30 a.m. near the entrance to Sleepy Hollow at Butterfield and Deer Hollow Road. The plan is to start the race at 9:00 a.m. to avoid conflict with the parade.
11:00 a.m. – PARADE – Register your float or parade participation idea at shhajuly4th@gmail.com. Classic cars, decorated bikes, scooters, dogs, etc., all welcome, we just need you to register so we can organize the line-up. SPECIAL NOTE: You need to be at the entrance to Sleepy Hollow by 10:30 a.m. SHARP with your float or parade costume on!
Note: Due to the ongoing drought, please cut back on water balloons and please no hoses. As always, no water balloons until the Fire Truck has passed. Please pick up your own debris after the parade goes by.
Noon – Flag raising, anthem singing, & pool swimming opens! Pool games start at 2:00pm.
12:00 - 5:00 p.m. - BBQ Hot Dogs & Hamburgers grilled and served by volunteers in our community. Click here to help out! Register to pre-purchase tickets. Tickets can be used for food, drinks & snacks. Selecting your food will help us plan. When you check in, you will receive the total value of your selection.
$5 Hot Dog includes chips, watermelon and cookie
$10 Hamburger includes side/salad, chips, watermelon and cookie
$10 Salad Entree includes chips, watermelon and cookie
2:00 – 5:00 p.m. – LIVE MUSIC – Our pool will be open until 5pm, so let the kids swim while you enjoy live music from local bands, Kool Aid & Stonefish!
12:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Kids snacks & drinks will be available for purchase ($1's or tickets accepted) at Kid's Snack Station. Kids tables with festive temporary tattoos, stencil & sticker stations and more!
12:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine will be served at the bar by members of the Sleepy Hollow Tennis Team (tickets only). Pre-purchase tickets by registering.
$1 Kids snacks, drinks and non-alcoholic drinks
$5 Beer, wine and spiked seltzers
5:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Pool will remain open - BYO refreshments!
Don't forget water bottles labeled with name & number. Join our ZERO WASTE MARIN efforts by bringing your reusable drink cups and your first pour of wine or beer is free!
New black SHHA pint glasses and white wine tumblers will be available for purchase and your first pour is free!

As always, please be mindful of how you dispose of your trash. COMPOST food and soiled paper products ONLY, RECYCLE cans & bottles ONLY, everything else (single use cups, chip wrappers, etc) goes into LANDFILL. Contaminated compost and recycle bins get thrown into landfill so let's get it right!
