Body Sculpting & Core Conditioning - In this strength training, flexibility and core class, free weights and exercise bands will be used to strengthen and sculpt your body.
Gentle Yoga - Come join some yummy stretches with Marie who loves to mix dance movements, yoga and meditation practices to bring awareness, purpose, connectedness and joy to people. In this one hour class, you will have a chance to pose to listen to your body, to breathe deeply and to practice movement to pay attention to the now.
