A strong, flowing Vinyasa inspired yoga class where we will pay close attention to
the core – both in how we engage the core throughout our yoga practice and also
by allowing time for core-specific exercises throughout class. The class is strong
but welcomes all levels, with variations offered and time to rest throughout.
Rather than focusing on building six-packs, we will focus on the true core –
building strength in the whole torso, in order to support back and pelvic health.
Please bring a yoga mat and if you have them - a yoga blanket, blocks or strap.
