Mindful Flow Yoga is a slower paced yoga class, where we will build strength and
flexibility while taking the time to align and modify our practice in order to
accommodate bodies that need to move with greater care. If you are new to
yoga, working around injury or an aging body, or simply looking to move more
gently, this is a great class for you. Pregnant and recently postpartum students
are welcome to attend if exercise is allowed.
Please bring a yoga mat and if you have them - a yoga blanket, blocks or strap.
