The Clubhouse!
The Sleepy Hollow clubhouse is managed and maintained by the Homes Association.
The clubhouse is available to individuals and organizations for rental. It is a great facility for parties, meetings, classes, weddings, and receptions.
Here's what our cool clubhouse has to offer if you decide to rent:
- 2 rooms totaling 2800 square feet
- Large kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, commercial range, some dishes and flatware
- A separate wet bar
- Fireplace
- 30 banquet tables
- 150 chairs
- A coat room and entry
- Playground
- Outside bar area
- Lawn area by pool (the pool is not available for rent)
