Clubhouse Information

THE CLUBHOUSE: The Sleepy Hollow clubhouse is managed and maintained by the Homes Association. The clubhouse is available to individuals and organizations. The facility is 2800 square feet with a huge kitchen, commercial refrigerator and freezer, wet bar, and fire place. It is a beautiful facility for weddings and receptions. It is also the center of many SHHA activities including a gala 4th of July celebration. The membership cost is $160.00.

FEES AND DEPOSITS

Contract Deposit: The contract Deposit shall be equal to Rental Fee. Also, we require $1,000,000 indemnification policy for all renters.

MEMBERSHIP: Membership in the Homes Association serves all in Sleepy Hollow as homeowners and as social beings. The Board of Directors and Officers of the Association serve voluntarily as do committee chairpersons and their fellow workers. The Homes Association carries on the work of the original founders for the betterment of Sleepy Hollow citizens and the environment in which we live. Becoming a member of the Association is your way of saying you support your community. Cost to join is $160. You must belong to the Homes Association in order to participate in any of the satellite organizations.

EVENTS: The Fourth of July is the main summer event for Sleepy Hollow. The mornings starts with a fun run for all ages at 9 am and is followed by a parade at 11:00. The festivities continue with a BBQ lunch hosted by the swim team, pool games in the afternoon and entertainment for the younger children in the Clubhouse. In the evening a BBQ dinner is held followed by dancing until late in the evening. It is fun for the entire family and a not to be missed event.

In December the Clubhouse is the site for the President's Party. The satellite clubs help with appetizers and wine and egg nog is provided by the Association. The evening is to thank the outgoing President and his/her Board. It is a fun evening for all members.
